We design the basic and detailed engineering of storage facilities and production plants.
Ingeniería básica
We develop basic engineering for storage and distribution facilities for oil and its derivatives, in compliance with API, ASME, WRCB, and ASCE standards.
The study of fluid mechanics—such as water, oil, and all its derivatives—allows us to predict their behavior while being transported through pipelines or stored in tanks. We also perform heat transfer studies in boilers, heat sinks, radiators, and coatings, which significantly improve operational efficiency by reducing losses due to poor design or by predicting potential infrastructure failures under certain external conditions.
Detailed Design and Engineering
Plant Surveys
Using modern and standardized software tools for the design and analysis of installations and facilities, we are able to reduce blueprint preparation time by up to 40% compared to traditional processes—especially in plant layout, piping systems, and instrumentation for both fixed and rotating equipment, tanks, and general equipment.
Oil and Gas Facilities and Plants
We design mechanical systems and machinery through kinetic and kinematic studies, making us one of the few companies capable of providing these services to the hydrocarbon industry at both the national and international levels.
Dew Point Plants
The Gas Dew Point Conditioning process consists of cooling the gas using mechanical refrigeration and MEG (Monoethylene Glycol) injection to prevent hydrate formation.
We have participated in numerous projects involving mechanical refrigeration units—including the stabilization process of condensate and produced gasoline—installed in Argentina (Darnell, Tecna, IMC S.A., etc.), providing Engineering, Equipment, and/or Turnkey Plants.
